Geographically located in Ngetos Village, Ngetos District (approximately 15 km to the south of Nganjuk). Built in the 15th century (Majapahit Kingdom era) on the orders of King Hayam Wuruk in uncle King Ngatas Angin is Raden Ngabehi Selopurwoto with the governor Raden Bagus Condrogeni. The purpose the construction of temple is for storage of ashes Hayam Wuruk if later he died.
